My teaching style has an alignment-based approach and emphasizes lengthening, breath, and curiosity

Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Originally from Philadelphia and now based in Paris, my path began in classical ballet, training extensively at The Rock School for Dance Education, Miami City Ballet School, and The School of Pennsylvania Ballet. It was during those years, while navigating dance-related injuries, that I discovered Pilates and experienced how intelligent movement can transform not only performance, but the way we feel in our bodies.

Today, I teach Pilates and yoga internationally through a method that blends classical foundations with curiosity, breath, and thoughtful challenge. My classes are designed to help clients move with greater awareness, build lasting strength, and develop confidence in their own unique movement experience.

I completed a 450-hour Comprehensive Classical Pilates certification through Drexel University under Jennifer Morley, whose training is rooted in both the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska and the preservation of classical Pilates methodology, while also integrating Karen Carlson’s scientific approach on functional anatomy, biomechanics, and kinesiology. I trained across the full Pilates apparatus system and continue to deepen my education through ongoing workshops, mentorship, and advanced study.

Alongside Pilates, I became a registered yoga teacher in 2016 and have accumulated more than 200 hours of continued education with teachers across both disciplines. Since beginning to teach in 2015, I’ve worked across private sessions, group classes, luxury wellness spaces, studio environments, events, day retreats, and online platforms.

Most recently, my years in Miami expanded my perspective through teaching and studio leadership roles at Nofar Method and Equinox. Beyond teaching, I managed day-to-day studio operations including scheduling, team mentorship, hiring, client experience, visual presentation, and community building; experiences that continue to shape how I create spaces that feel elevated, welcoming, and intentional.

My teaching experience spans clients ages 12–85 and supports a wide range of goals: from injury recovery and prenatal movement to athletic performance and developing a deeper relationship with movement. I especially enjoy helping clients make small adjustments that create meaningful shifts in organization, strength, and ease.

Movement has taken me from Philadelphia to Miami, to teaching in San Juan del Sur, and now to Paris. Whether in a private session, studio class, event, or retreat setting, my goal remains the same: to help people reconnect with themselves and discover more possibilities through movement.

Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me traveling to the nearest beach, gardening, discovering beautiful places to eat, or spending time with my dog Pablo.
